Based loosely on the Golden Age pulp hero, The Clock is a modern vigilante taking on the hackers and scammers that law enforcement can't seem to touch. Using the power of the Network Time Protocol, The Clock is able to travel to any computer connected to the Internet to take out the bad guys.
